HI everyone, my friend has sponsored an event tonight (23rd) which features a talk with/from ex-Spurs legend Ramon Vega, the man with the biggest thighs I have ever seen on a football pitch.

In a manner of speaking. Was it any coincidence that Vega's arrival also saw the spurt in the power and prestige of the Premier League? Yes, but that doesn't stop him being a typical late 90's Spurs signing.

Amazingly, he picked eight domestic winners medals in his career, although 4 were in Switzerland and 3 with Celtic. Still, he had a Bond Villain name.

All the players were really nice and helpful, especially Mr Ginola, Ramon wouldn't talk to anyone apart from fellow team mates, someone handed him an autograph book to sign and he said I'm not here to do that and threw the book on the table. My mate then told him to start being friendly or he would end his career for him. Disappeared after that, never saw him again...
