Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has given a positive update on the fitness of wing-back Destiny Udogie after the side's victory over Bournemouth on Saturday.

The head coach told the media: "I think he just kicked the ground from what I understand. He didn't want to come off but at that stage the way the rules are at the moment they go off for 30 seconds and I thought it was better putting Benny [Davies] on and keeping the tempo up in the game for us. Just speaking to him now he's fine."

Excellent, only 3 games in and I was brickin it when he went down. That in itself shows how good he's been.

Great assist today as well.

This is fantastic news. He’s been terrific so far and I really want him to have a consistent season of playing time and experience to grow at his age. He could become a phenomenal LB over the next couple years

Paratici may be untrustworthy accounts wise, but he’s been worth his weight in gold with some of his signings.

So nice to see a 'prospect' we buy show up big time. He looks like a superstar in the making.
