Here's an idea. If you want things to change, try not doing exactly the same things over and over. This season has been a one dimensional shit show with identical setup and tactics, out of form players continually picked, no tactical tweaks when things aren't working, substitutions too late or pointless and continual uncertainty over whether AC will stay or go.
