Antonio Conte has refused to say whether he will stay at Tottenham beyond the end of the 2022-23 season but insists he is happy at the club presently and will stay focused on rebuilding the club and getting them back to where they need to be. Conte is Tottenham's second manager of the season after Nuno Espírito Santo.

Man in role that is always potentially a few losses from the tin tack won't talk about events that may or may not happen 18 months in the future.

Ours is a midtable team by conte's assessment, and that probably is not changing the the short-term.
Conte is far better than that, so this is not a stable situation.
For me, if he is offered the man u job in the summer, he'll be off.

The club would have been aware of this from the start and it will undermine his influence on which players come and go in this window. I'm getting the impression conte has been side-lined already.
After all, if Levy thinks pochettino could return in the summer, then he is not going to finally cut ties with the likes of ndom and dele (at a great loss) when poch might request we re-sign these very same players. Poch brought them here in the first place after all.

But yet
“The past means nothing”.

Cant blame him, near end of Jan and yet we have no transfers in. Meanwhile the same players that have been here for 10 years continue to be in the squad.
