His contract is up at the end of season, so he needs to start playing some games to reassure the club that he's worth offering a new deal.. I'd hate to lose him and then for him to do a Paul McGrath elsewhere.

Who's going to sign him though if he doesn't get fit and play alot this year. I can't rememember when he first went out, but it must be a season and 1/2 before this one, no?

Stange one, dont know what happened to him. Doesnt look too far away now, I know it says Oct 6 but wonder if he will be in the squad tomorrow night. Sometimes Physioroom site isnt accurate.
