From the Monday Supplement.
It appears to have taken big mouth's comments and invented a quote from Levy to back it up. If not, then this is the most worrying, and strange development thus far.

Tottenham Hotspur have reiterated their promise not to sell midfield star Luca Modric to Chelsea by declaring that the player is not for sale at any price under £35 million.
Speaking from White Hart Lane Chairman Daniel Levy:
“I know I said that Luca wouldn’t be sold for any price and I stand by that but £35 million isn’t any price it’s at least £5 million more than what Chelsea have already bid and it’s a lot of money in anybody’s book”
“Nothing has been decided and there is every chance that if we don’t receive a new bid then Luca will still be with us next season, if Chelsea think they can have him for a penny less than our hypothetical asking price they will be sorely disappointed.”
Harry Redknapp supported his Chairman’s stance by giving the player the Captains armband for a pre season friendly and forced Modric to wear a Spurs shirt emblazoned with the logo ‘I am not for Sale’ on the front and ‘for anything less than £35 million’ on the back.
“I’ve said all along that I want him to stay and there’s no amount of money under £35 million that will make me change my mind” said Redknapp.
“The fans need us to make a stand and for anything under £35 million that is exactly what we are going to do.”
Tottenham season ticket holder Ryan Jackson summed up the mood of the fans outside the ground when he said “Why can’t we just tell Modric that he’s going nowhere, he’s got a five year contract and he owes us some loyalty for making him the player he is today….. what will the money go on anyway? Adebyors wages? Another Olympic Stadium appeal? the next Jermaine Jenas…..Please God no!”
Sources close to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich say that he had given up hope of signing Modric but is now considering raising his bid to just over £35 million.
That doesn't even sound like something Levy would say or how he would say it!
Very curious indeed?
