Anyone heading to the Euro's?

I'm heading to Poznan tomorrow to take in the first game against Croatia. Anyone else heading over to follow Trap's army or is their any English lads making the gruesome trek to the Ukraine?

Id love to be going. My cousin and three of his mates are flying to Germany to pick up a camper can and drive to Poland.

Only 2 of them drive, and have never driven a camper, a left hand drive vehicle, or on a european road

I let him in my campervan on Monday and he had a hard job driving it round an empty car park.

Looking forward to the stories when he comes home lol

I was gonna do the same if we had qualified for Switzerland/Austria. Drive a big enough van anyway so I would have been okay, until the cans started to open! Flying from Dublin to Edinburgh and then on to Poznan. Staying in a two man tent with a mate in the fan village. Should be a good one. Was just looking at "Green is the Colour" from last night and the buzz is startin'! Is there much bunting up your way?

Heard there are more Irish fans travelling than any other nation, including the Dutch - which is remarkable. What recession ??

I'm in Warsaw now and I've seen more Irish fans than Greek fans and Ireland aren't even playing in this city.

Hopefully things will pick up today as the city was really quiet until the fan park opened last night.

flying to kiev next thursday for a few nights for the england sweden match and staying in a hostel in kiev. I got stupidly ripped off on flights/hostels though thinking it would sell out so had to get them early so I booked in January would of been cheaper to get them now! Brother and his mate left 28th of may for it and get back sometime in july! There driving from suffolk to donetsk, slightly jealous!

In the Sunday Times a couple of week backs, they were saying only 4,000 England fans were going on to Poland and the Ukraine. Compared to the 25,000 that flew to South Africa and the 100,000 that went to Germany.

A nutter around the corner from me painted his and his neighbours wall in a big tri-colour but never cleared it with the Neighbour first. Would be a bad move in normal circumstances but the wall he painted was pebble dashed so he'll never get it off.

how did it work with buying tickets from the irish fa? with england you had to sign up to there yearly membership for about £50.
so we've bought ours from the uefa website free to join and you could get tickets for any england match.

There are plenty of afro-caribbeans in Kiev, there is even a caribbean party bar there which is very cool!
