TBH, I expect we either have a psychologist permanently working for us or one we just work with when they are needed.

Damn right! bale was and did!, also look at what hes done to ronnie o sullavain, sorted his head in terms of playing mental strength cocentration, remarkable! Ronnie a dirty gooner but natural talent in abundance, peters channelled this with mental element , just imagine him at spurs , will also benefit and complement either lvg or fdb, its a win win situation.
