Are Tottenham affiliated to any other club? Can we loan players from clubs we are associated with?

News braking that certain Premier League clubs can loan players from other clubs, using Newcastle and their Saudi counterparts as example, because they have a stake/ share in other clubs it is ok to loan players between their clubs. Who are we affiliated too.
Would be very interested to know as my knowledge is vague!

Enic have held stakes in AEK Athens, Slavia Prague, FC Basel and Vicenza but after a quick Google search it looks like these stakes were eventually sold.

In 2009 the club annouced a strategic partnership with Brazilian club Internacional, but I can't find any recent news about this so I doubt it's still active.

I don't believe we are with anyone now. ENIC holds only an interest in us.

I don't believe the strategic partnership we had/have with Internacional counts because this issue is looking at groups under the same ownership. If ENIC had retained their ownership over Rangers etc then we would be able to loan players back and forth without a conflict of interest.

Clubs like Watford, Udinese and Granada have been doing it for years as they are all under the Pozzo family. It's a very good way to play with finances and maximise your revenue based on the status of the club. For example, I think there has been approximately 100 transfer between Watford and the other two clubs in the last decade.
