Apparently Arsenal gave requested a meeting to discuss our allocation, which is going to happen.

We should have just told them to fuck off and give us our full 9000!

Surely the ticket allocation was agreed before a kick off time was set? As surely the police would want to know

I am still surprised its the 5.15pm match

If they do screw us over, no away fans at the next league game versus Arsenal, please.

I will be furious if we aren't given the full allocation. There can be no justification for it after Chelsea were allocated 9,000 tickets earlier this season.

If we are denied the full allocation, then we should demand that the FA take punitive action. Arsenal can't carry on denying us fair allocations - even if they are hiding behind the police. There is a reason why away teams are supposed to be allocated 15% of capacity for cup games - fairness. By denying Spurs a full allocation, Arsenal are trying to work the odds in their favour. And they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.

think we will only get 5,000. Arsenal will bottle it.

If that happens - or even if we get only 6K or 7K - then we must take it up with the FA and insist that Arsenal are punished and prevented from hosting future cup ties against us until such time as they are able to give us our rightful allocation.

Or perhaps, if we are only given 6K, Arsenal should only be allowed to sell 34K tickets to their own fans? That would ensure the correct balance of numbers!!

We can't agree to accept 6k then complain to the FA. If they try to wiggle out of it we have only one option, refuse to accept anything less than a full allocation. Last time though the club accepted Arsenals request and accepted something less.

The complication is that, in the past, Arsenal hid behind "police advice" - which kind of takes things out of Spurs' hands. They can't defy the police, even if they wanted to.

But they can surely talk to the FA to insist that it simply isn't good enough; that Arsenal can't keep denying us a full allocation and handing themselves an advantage (however small) as a consequence. If Arsenal want to host such games, then it is their responsibility, surely, to ensure that there are sufficient police present to guarantee fans' safety.

Anyway, hopefully this is a moan about nothing and we will get our full allocation this time.

Of course they can, if it worked once they're going to keep doing it. They may have had police advice but I'm sure that's all it is, we still have to agree to it.

I think there's a lot of fear left over from many moons ago. I don't think there has been any trouble in potentially the worst game(s) of the season for us for a very long time. The police might say that's because of the strict measures in place but I feel that it's a different time now and I don't think there'll be much trouble, at least from our end. If they're that worried, though, perhaps extra precautions could be employed.

They have a 'new' stadium which should have been designed to take account of segregation for this type of game, it's not a new ruling.
If their stadium isn't fit for purpose they should be fined.

They entertained 9000 Chelsea supporters earlier this season. Absolutely no reason for there to be less Yids attending scumsville
