So, what went wrong? Were eyebrows not raised when he asked to stay in his wheelchair for the medical?

Do back problems clear up easier if you are in your early thirties?

Judging by his history, you'd have to say that with transfers, Arsene Wenger gets it right many more times than he gets it wrong, so did he just have an off day or something?

No, don't tell me, Kim Kallstrom is the 'new Henry'

It's the "if we had 2 or 3 more days" line that gets me chuckling!!!
Had all friggin' month to decide, though I suppose the injuries in midfield happened towards end of month.

At least in 6 weeks he could be back...... We signed NO-ONE and lose a striker in 4 weeks.

Some kind of money-laundering scam, i expect.

You mean Ivor Gazebo? Yeah I've got one too, it doesn't make him special.

Signed by Arsenals transfer Chief - Dick Law. How many people did he have to beat off to get him to come to Arsenal? (Stolen from The Guardian Podcast)

Well they played a full team with no backbone today, a player with a fractured one will be an improvement.
