That wouldn't of got him so much attention though, which he obviously craves.

He would have known it was going to lively and could of easily got the regular punters on it to meet him somewhere nowhere near the stadium. But no, that wouldn't have helped court any controversy.

Get in touch with donna cullen and see if they could do it in the carpark or somewhere even on the site of the new stadium a small bit of advertisement for it.
Just keep claude away from the cranes.

Wasn't a joke. Claude goes missing and family worried about his mental health. Next thing you know there's someone in one of our cranes threatening to top himself.
A Spurs crane would be the ultimate irony!.
Thankfully Claude seems a lot happier and a lot more chilled out these days - a proper football fan, like that Lee bloke as well. Hopefully he's realised that football is not worth ruining your life over.

This 'St Totteringham day' is an imaginary trophy they just made up to cover for the fact they weren't actually winning anything.
Full credit to MP that the long sequence has been broken.

Always had Robbie's back on here as I have some respect for his enterprising nature and he seems harmless enough. But having just seen his video on the racist abuse he received I think he's gone over the top. This sort of behaviour is not acceptable by the vast majority of fans at the ground or on the forums, including this one. We cannot be held accountable for what a few individuals shout after a game and now suddenly the whole way our games are policed is called into question? That's bollocks. Every ground can have a few hairy moments and while our fans can be intimidating I have very rarely seen any trouble in over 30 years of going to the Lane. Even the recent visit of Millwall was, if anything, over policed. I guess you can't be too careful but you also can't account for every individual. Sorry Robbie, but you're deflecting attention from your shit club. And the police and stewards aren't employed to keep you safe while you film your show in the middle of a trouble hotspot.

I haven't seen the video, I've never watched any of them to be honest, but is it definitely a Tottenham fan shouting at him? He was mobbed by angry Arsenal fans the other week wasn't he?

And while we're talking about poor behaviour have our fans been reported for throwing coins at Ozil?

It's a good point. Didn't see any complaints about the way the Emirates was policed after the recent backlash against him. So it's the race thing that's the real problem. So why bring up the rest if not to embellish an already unacceptable situation?

Hmm well I think I disagree.

I know a West Ham fan down my road who said the most intimidated he's been is going to whl. This is a big bloke from barking who's seen a fair bit of trouble I think... That walk from seven sisters is a rough one for a London rival. I have zero sympathy when they rock up giving it to everyone but I have heard stories of shirt wearing fans being picked off. Could be bollocks but I've heard it too many times. A lot of young lads wanting to prove a point.

Also remember the away fans are next to our "hardcore" end. Always going to be very lively outside the gates. West Ham and Chelsea feel very different (the away games I've been too).

For most fans I've seen the most dangerous thing about the walk to seven sisters for the majority of games is exercise. I'm in the 'hardcore' end next to the away fans. It's a lot of yapping during the game but the chances of you bumping into the person you've just had a slanging match with throughout the game are minimal. I've also been to 40-50 grounds for away games and apart from Molineux and a wrong turn in Moss Side for Maine Road I just don't see much trouble in general, racial* or otherwise. Apart from the occasional idiot, which Robbie has encountered here.

*'Of course not Dougal, you're white...' - But I've been going to Tottenham for about 25 years with my mate who's West Indian/Irish. Yeah, that's a thing apparently, we get everywhere.

Fair enough but we do have a reputation. Bit ironic coming from West Ham and Chelsea but there we go...

If you look for trouble you'll find it. It doesn't surprise me those two club names get mentioned.

Arsenal fans on twitter keep talking about history. If you sincerely think that there is no power shift or history is more important, don't say wenger out when your team keep regressing

To be honest one of the major surprises isn't that we've finished above them finally and that they're having a shite season - it's more that this hasn't happened several times in recent years.

You look at their squad and apart from Cech, Kos and Sanchez, their team is, and has been for a while, incredibly mediocre given their consistent finishing positions and cup runs. They've had an amazing ability to win points when they need them in consistent runs and they've been very hard to beat for a long time - mainly due to regularly scoring jammy or dodgy last minute goals as opposed to having a great defence.

They've had absolute dross like Walcott, Ramsey, Gibbs and others there for years now and yet they've still managed to consistently qualify for the CL and get out of their group every season.

It amazes me they haven't finished outside the top four much more regularly as their team really isn't great. Perhaps that's actually testament to how good a job Wenger has done there in terms of being able to get them to consistently collect points.

You're spot on here Dougal.

AFTV are now celebrities in their own right. They are going to be massive targets for trouble makers of all ilks. He needs to realise that he polarises views and can't just wander into a crowd of fans and start filming anymore.

I actually doubt that the police sent him in amongst the Spurs fans, he likely took it upon himself to create a narrative that suited his agenda of taking the spotlight off how shit Woolwich were.
