Got an old work mate who went last night. He’s a Liverpool fan (and a ****). He said that they spent the whole match moaning about their team and fighting with each other....in full Arsenal tracksuits.

Freaks.

I was always worried about Ty, he clearly was diminished mental capabilities but he is more and more becoming a robot being fed propaganda shite and regurgitating it. Genuinely scary stuff, he needs professional help.

Just been having a look at AFTV for the first time in ages.
James (the bookworm looking lad) is clearly intelligent and articulate which probably means he will get fired soon!. Lee speaks some sense too and keeps it real, but it’s still a train crash of a channel.
I think AFTV have have just hit 1 billion views over its lifetime. Rough rule of thumb is that you get approximately $4 for every 1,000 views although a lot depends on the time of year you release the video - last quarter of the year up to Christmas is apparently the most lucrative.
Quick fag packet maths is that translates into around $4M dollars or £3M. That is some serious money.

Plus all the sponsorship (Ladbrooks?)

How can someone get convicted in a court of law and then seriously trot out “ There’s 2 sides to every story” . Tbh his behaviour is actually typical of a sociopath.

Arsenal will offer Mikel Arteta a new contract before the end of the season as the Gunners look to tie down their manager and ward off any interest Man City have in the Spaniard replacing Pep Guardiola

  • Arsenal set to offer new two-year with improved salary to Mikel Arteta
  • Gunners have been impressed with the Spaniard in his first two seasons
  • Arteta's current contract at the Emirates is entering its final 12 months
  • And Arsenal are determined to find off interest from Manchester City

Very Man Utd/Solskjaer of them. Why not just wait until the end of the season and see where they are? Would be a surprise if City go for Arteta given their resources, even if Lego head was Guardiola's assistant. If City really wanted him, compensation on a 2yr contract wouldn't put them off (he may still say no to the approach anyway).

Also, 'impressed'. Yikes. At working with a group of young players, perhaps, but they could still wait until the end of the season. Lots of football still to play. They are out of all the cup competitions and as close to the bottom 3 as they are the top of the league.

Without wanting to defend DT in any way, the family courts are massively biased in favour of the woman. Like, from social services and everything, the man is considered guilty without any evidence and then has to fight to prove otherwise.
Just because its a court of law, doesn't necessarily mean it's right.

That being said, DT was obviously a twat and deserves to serve his time.

In what mad world would city want Arteta? Why would they replace one of the most decorated managers of all time with Mikel Arteta?

Also what progress has he made that he deserves a pay rise?

They still have a weak mentality, soft at the back and have no discipline on or off the pitch. And they have spent a fair few quid in the process. Don't see why they would even consider giving him a new contract at this stage.

With all the negativity surrounding arsenal lately surely Vlahovics agent must be thinking why the hell would they want to send their player to that cesspit.

Hilarious. The writer Matt Hughes is a gooner so he’s always going to be one of them with his articles. Stating Man City would go for Arteta is funny though. Good one ???

What do you mean family court ? It wasn’t a divorce or custody battle. I don’t know for sure but I’d guess it was in criminal court with a jury he was charged with kidnapping.

Of course it was, I was just pointing out that a family court is also a court of law and from my own experience and that of many others I know, they are far from fair.

As I said, I'm not saying DT's case is anything other than correct and he's guilty as fuck.

I was just pointing out that just because a decision has been made in a court of law, doesn't necessarily mean it's a just decision.

It definitely wasn’t a just decision… so they increased his sentence!

Sorry mate I just don’t understand what you’re saying or the relevance of a family court. Appreciate you may have had a bad experience yourself, and I’m sorry you’ve experienced that. But as far as I know this was heard in a criminal court. Added to the fact a queens council felt he was “ so “ guilty he actually went back to triple the sentence. Honestly I believe I’m quite a compassionate person. But this guy has form, he’s a total scum bag. Even his so called AFTV mates are distancing themselves.

A few more details from The Athletic:

"A bookmaker received around $420,000 (£310,000) worth of bets on a controversial yellow card received by an Arsenal player in a Premier Leaguefixture this season, and flagged it to the international betting watchdog over “manipulation” concerns, The Athletic can reveal.

As The Athletic reported earlier in the week, the Football Association is currently looking into an incident from this season which involved an Arsenal player being booked. Concerns were raised about suspicious betting patterns.

There is no formal FA investigation at this stage.

It has now come to light that correspondence took place between a bookmaker — based outside the UK — and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) about the incident before The Athletic revealed the FA was looking it.

The emails detail how multiple bets of around $420,000 worth of cryptocurrency were placed on the player in question to get a yellow card — which then happened.

This should have led to winnings of over $1 million (£738,000), but the huge bets placed on the yellow card aroused suspicions at the bookmaker, and an internal investigation concluded the market may have been subject to manipulation.

This led the bookmaker to flag the issue to the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA). Bookmakers are required to report to authorities when they spot suspicious incidents. Multiple gambling industry insiders have told The Athletic that the pattern of betting surrounding the player being shown a yellow card during the match was highly unusual."
