Love the way he described respiratory and heart problems as "Career threatening variables" Definitely not life threatening variables though right? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

That's definitely a spurs fan. Must be.

Ive loved listening to their fans hoping an 18 year old from Brazil is going to make an impact, and then in the same breath saying that Ndombele might not settle etc and theres no guarantee that he'll be a success.

Sounds like a Jonathan Blondel moment!

Not being funny, but they're slowly turning into Spurs circa 1999 to 2003

Modest transfer budget...TICK

Linked to random mid-table foreign players...TICK

Bringing in youngsters who might be 'the next big thing'...TICK

Larger teams sniffing around their best players...TICK

Their North London rivals signing world-class French players...TICK

Long may it continue

Dont forget having very few 'assets' and letting others they have leave on free transfers.

They seem to believe that just because Welbeck/Cech/Ramsey etc are off the wage bill, that means they can give those wages to a superstar.

The problem is, their wage bill was budgeted based on CL football. just because they have sliced some off the wage bill, doesn't make up for the shortfall in income. If anything it just closes the gap between income/wages.

They can't afford the massive wages they are paying without CL football. One more season without and they are fucked. They seem to think getting Xhaka/Mustafi/Ozil/Kolasinac etc and other high earners off their bill will be easy, despite telling us all year how shit they are and even then they have to improve of them, which they won't. Simple as that. They've got some great youth coming through but they could genuinely be caught by wolves or Leicester this season unless they do some incredibly lucky business this summer.

They need at least 1 LB, 1/2 CB's, 1 RB, backup goalkeeper, to improve in Midfield and to replace Ramsey, yet are rumoured to be looking into signing Zaha etc. Madness. When you drill down to the facts, they are fucked unless they spend big, which they can't.

Rumours that they've bid 50m for maguire, the day after 70m was rejected.

Seems to be a 'we tried' attempt to placate the fans for when they sign Bowen and get some other sub par defenders by August

Agree with that, although you missed Mykatarian (or however you spell it) in your list of high earners :)

As long as they've got a goal-scorer (or two) in the team then they've got a fighting chance. But if they leave, get injured, or lose form, then they'll fall off a cliff because the rest of their team isn't really a Top-6 side.

Finally, they may have bid derisory amounts for the players listed, but to add insult to injury, apparently they've also structured the payments over a number of seasons, which is a complete joke and smacks of desperation.

Love Arsenal missing out CL again

Love Arsenal causing Palace to kick off due to their low ball offer for Zaha.

And after yesterday, loving their reaction to seeing Ndombele joining us.

It is simply mind boggling that anyone could be dumb enough to believe that nonsense. First of all the medical is Wednesday, then suddenly when he signs for us the medical has apparently already been done.
The crowning glory is the sign off at the end "watch this space" :ROFLMAO:

I was so mesmerised by all the other nonsense I didn't even realise they sneakily brought the medical forward a day to fit their narrative!

Imagine you are so bitter/sad you waste the time to make up a story to make yourself feel better about how shit your club is doing in the transfer market :joyful:

Arsenal ; 'We'll give you 15m for Tierney'

Celtic; 'Fuck off!'

Arsenal; 'We'll give you 40m for Zaha'

Palace; 'Fuck off! Who do you think you are? Daniel fucking Levy!'

I always hedged my bets slightly because the relative highs and lows of clubs are cyclical. But having had to put up with the 1990s and 2000s with arsenal fans gloating about the london derby as arsenal men v spurs boys, I feel oddly happy to stick the boot in now.

Apparently he didn't win it in this scrap ..
.

That is incredible - the fat tub of lard was out of breath just lifting himself off the canvas! :ROFLMAO:. What kind of fool gets into the ring in that kind of condition.
Like a lot of those dysfunctional clowns on AFTV I get the impression that he is not wired up right.
