What is it with Arsenal fans wearing their kit everywhere in public? It's usually at events too. There's been loads of times where I've tuned into sporting events, or gone to gigs, concerts amd festivals and I see these fucking morons walking around in their Arsenal kits like anyone else gives a fuck. Half the people around you don't even give a toss about football, let alone what club you support.

You might see the occasional fan of another club, but the Arsenal ones are incredibly common. It's like how they're so active on social media, so desperate to be noticed.
I wear my tottenham shirt out and about sometimes. Im in the philippines, and im pretty sure nobody knows who they are, but I’m proud of the club I support and the shirt looks nice as well. Especially the away one we had 2 seasons ago.

I totally get people showing support. I just often find they do it in a very "look at me" kinda way. Trying to prove a point that their club is the best rather than just show their colours.

As long as you're not wearing matching socks and shorts like a full kit wanker then you're fine.

Massive increase in the last 6-8 months too, for obvious reasons.

I'd say the amount of Spurs and Arsenal shirts I saw before last season in the town centre near where I live was probably even, now there are Arsenal shirts absolutely everywhere. Proper Fairweather fans.

I've been working at my current place for 2 years. One of the other managers never mentioned a single thing about being a Gooner until around November last year. Since then he became a superfan and even had stupid merch stuff in his office, like a calendar and water bottle. Like he was slowly turning into that club shop wanker, Ty, from AFTV. I half expected to see his framed photo of his kids replaced by a framed photo of Arteta.

When they bottled the league he avoided everyone and kept his door closed pretending he was in meetings when you could see from his calendar he wasn't. He went from nobody knowing he liked football, to being a die hard fan, and down to a casual fan in the space of 6 months. Fucking prat.

Over here in Ireland, but Dublin especially they hadn't been seen for years. Like I couldn't remember the last time I'd seen an Arsenal Jersey and like that, last season they rose from the abyss and they were everywhere. Seen barely any since the fucked it.

Lovely.

Don’t forget that in the last few seasons Arsenal have tried to be ‘more London’ by basing kits on tube seat patterns and the like, it’s very easy to get on a completely empty train and feel like you’re surrounded by them, even worse if you’re getting off at Woolwich Arsenal.

They don't have any friends in real life.

I see they lost to Utd in what I call the social media derby.

The Victors essentially become the biggest, most insufferable fanbase after it.

What's all this about? Loads of kids in the crowd??

When I see football fans fighting it's always guys around 40 who are obese.

When it's teenagers I can understand it, what are these old farts doing?

They are just embarrassing themselves.

If I was to consider the overpopulation problem, 40yo plus football hooligans would be first on my culling list.

To be fair that big bald guy took that cheap shot well from that snide little prick. I thought he looked like he wanted to bend his head over the rail and behead him. Lol.
