I don’t think Liverpool are as strong as either team. They have a two point advantage, I think that’s doable, three points would have been much worse.

I may be clutching here but I’m hoping that if they fail to win it this year then they could slide a bit. They kind of remind me of us under Poch and I’m hoping they suffer a similar slide as we did after that CL final. Put it the other way, if the game had been at Arsenal , City would have played as they always do.
Arsenal played a back 6, Mourinho tactics. If teams attack City they give up chances , especially without Walker who is vital with his pace. If they win the title they will say it was justified.

I'm relaxed a little to be honest.

I think on some occasions you can just avoid defeats against your rivals and beat all the others.

Problem is City and Liverpool have both got the majority of their trickier games out the way.

Arsenal have us and United away. They'll fancy themselves but if they don't win both that means they really can't drop points elsewhere.

City have their trickiest game to come at our stadium. We all know the league results we’ve had v them. Cup doesn’t count as it’s a different competition.

They're having their peak Pochettino Spurs era at the moment, very good and well drilled but not quite good enough and requiring one or two next level players. Their team is good as a unit but they don't have any real proven world class attacking players, they need a Hazard, Salah, De Bruyne type player or this is as good as they get.

I still maintain that if they were to win the league this season then on paper it's one of the weakest Premier League winning lineups ever.

He's missed something silly like 3 single games through injury since he started in the men's team. He's missed more for England.

They don't really get injuries to their key players too often, certainly not to the extent of literally every other team in the league
