a few pointers.
There is a general football forum (link just below) where things like other clubs can be discussed.

There are a few threads already on Arsenal (CL one) and Wenger there.
If you start a thread, then please but some substance into it as well. Opening a thread and just adding "discuss" or things simpler isnt what we want o have.
Give your opinions and thoughts on the subject, as you are expecting others to do the same.
