lol i guess the title looks like some weird formal email title.

Can anyone else who has renewed their season ticket please log into their account and let me know if something... odd... is happening with their loyalty points history..?

particularly aimed at those who upgraded from silver to gold/platinum or from gold to platinum...

(or even those who downgraded from plat to gold/silver or gold to silver).

Did you lose points from previous seasons? When I got my ST all the point I got for home league games went. Possibly you lose points from away league games when you move to gold

I've just done a straight renewal.

You have +25 loyalty points, awarded by manual adjustment on 26/05/2011, 05:32 .

Added on to last seasons total fine.

Anyone know how to check your new balance? Last time I looked, about 4 weeks ago, I had 35. Bit of a come down from the 570ish I had last season.
Been on to check this afternoon and can't find anything that tells me.

I think the issue might be you have upgraded your membership. Because, in theory, you have moved up the priority list, you lose your previous loyalty points. Instead of being the bronze member with the most points, you are now a silver member with the least points (but still above all the bronze members) or whatever levels you were at.

Weren't they going to change the system so loyalty points aren't accrued over a lifetime anymore but only the last couple of seasons?

I made this thread over a year ago, and the issue I had then is still there now! But as for this year's issue...

They definitely removed the place where you see your loyalty points about a month ago, and still haven't restored it. So nobody panic; it's the same for everyone.

Judging from how badly implemented the 'new' official site is, they probably screwed everything up and wiped everyone's points for a laugh.... but I think in reality, they are just trying to implement the 'league table' of loyalty points and the whole new 3 years thing properly. They need to sort it out soon though to be honest, in the next week or two at most!

I think this must apply to all members not just ST's I cant find anywhere where you can see a loyalty points total...

i asked a week back and the club are still updating bits and new members/ST holders are in the process of having their new totals sorted, it will take a few weeks so chill a bit lads.
