Serge Aurier has agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain and is edging close to the Tottenham exit door. The right-back, 28, has been in talks to move to the French giants and reunite with former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino since last month.

He's better than Doherty even if he has a brain fart or two in him.
True but as he has 1 year left on his contract and has publicly stated he feels now is the time to move on it's not very relevant.

A few reports mentioned a £8.5m release clause but it didn't make much sense. I was hoping for around £15m but my guess is closer to £10m.


I think he was signed by Levy for 25 million. So after 4 years and with Covid playing spoiler to the transfer market, I don't reckon it could be much above 10 million.

Probablyright. I was hoping as it's PSG interested we might have got a slightly higher fee but it's unlikely.

Weird one. This summer, PSG seem to be signing players that can solidify their chances of going those extra inches in Europe. Until now.

I can't think of a worse liability to have on the field in a finely balanced CL knockout game entering its final stages.

Good luck to him, but I've long felt his forward play for us was way overrated while his rashness and defensive blundering almost guaranteed.
