This is a small point, but I really like the idea of taking the picture with the entire first team coaching squad, including the medical team. I do not know whether this was a decision made by Andre or the club, but I would like to think it was Andre because when previous managers of our club have won the award, I do not remember them including everyone else. I think it shows a very inclusive attitude, which is great.

I thought he did, I don't think there was an issue with Roman backing him at first.

The one thing I'm pleased about it Steffan Freund. They seem to work well together and I feel he is offering valuable ability to the coaching team as well as been an ex spur which is great!
