Bale and the Premierleague

We all know Bale hasn't had a good time in the premiership so far.... im hoping he comes on today.


But in the chat room me and rebrab (maybe a few others as well) said that Bale has never won in any of the games he has played for us in the premierleague.... and we got told we were wrong and he came on against liverpool in our win last season.

Pav, hutton and Lennon came off the bench in that win and bale was an un-used sub. When i said this they still said he has won a game coming on from the bench but wont say what game.

So does anyone know of a game (started or coming off from the bench) that bale has won with us so far?

Someone did say it was Liverpool in a recent thread, but he didn't play in that game.

Bring him on now, give palacios a rest (or maybe jenas, ekotto) play him at LM. He's got crouch to aim for in the box as well, and let's us test krancjar in the middle.

Maybe even keane off, krancjar as second striker?

So glad Bale is back.. He looks like he has got some confidence back. Hopefully he will become a top player for us. he certainly has the potential.

I love the lad, and think still being only 20 he has the potential to be a great player for us. Hopefully he'll get a couple of starts before Modric comes back, and he can show people what we were missing. Definitely a left winger as opposed to a left back. :up:
