Urgh I hate stuff like this... He didn't suddenly get an urge of clarity and decide to announce to the world how much he would have loved to play for Ange lifted on the high of seeing I'm a hipster ball and having a life changing epiphany.

He was playing a charity golf day and a reporter walked up to him during the round:
Reporter - How much would Prime Bale have loved to play for big ange because they're playing exciting football and that's what the Spurs fans want to see
Bale - It's great to see they've got the style back. Great start more to come and hopefully.

Nowhere did he say "I'd have loved to play under Postecoglou" he just gave a media trained response to a typically loaded reporter question.

Agreed it just the lazy clickbait nature of modern journalism where news stories and articles are driven solely by a lazy question rather than any actual response.

Who is this for? Why is it news worthy?

tbf, I'd quite like to have played under Ange, but I'm out of shape, have never been a professional footballer and would likely have been booted on day one... but that doesn't change the fact that I'd very likey have had a fun day and would enjoy myself.

Sky also interviewed Tom Holland:

now that’s a much much better one, gave him open questions and a chance to share thoughts. Always love hearing Tom talk about Spurs.

If anything it makes it even stranger how closed off the original article and piece was

I watched it last night and thought Tom comes across really well, which isn't surprising, but you can see how much he loves us (not just a PR stunt but an actual fan) and football. Spoke highly of Bellingham too.
