Does anyone have any info about the Welsh Wonder? Is he back from injury yet?

Can't wait too see him play next season.. he was so good last season, such a shame that he picked up that long term injury....

From recent photos he looks as if he's put in a lot of upper body work while he's been resting his foot. This can only be good.

In fact, if you go to http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=32548&highlight=interesting you can see him showing off the super new abs in a frankly preposterous bit of gear that makes him look vaguely like an Elf out of 'Lord of the Rings'.

Im looking forward to seeing him play again.
He had such a good start to the season last year before he got injured,and we missed him big time.
Hopefully we can have our best back 4 playing for most of next season:

Bale,King,Woodgate,Hutton.

Know what you mean about being Elf-y, he reminds me one of a Walt Disney 'extra' that you'd see playing a medieval market trader in The Hunchback of Notre Dam, or the like.
