Balotelli charged lescott not

If Webb is saying the raised arm of Lescott is a booking then I'm very confused as to what the rules are.
Perhaps someone needs to explain them to our Howard.

I wasn't referring to that, just the fact that this guy thought that things posted on their forum had any bearing on whether Balotelli was banned or not..
