Can't see them winning all 4, but I still believe they are much the stronger side.

16/1 are crap odds IMO, I personally don't see Barcelona winning all 4 games. I would need odds of at least 40/1 to make it tempting. In fact, I reckon Real Madrid can beat Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals.
