Hell, I'm all for a signing out of the blue, especially if it's cheap, but they must be U21 for the squad count. Some players just need the right surroundings to further their development. Who'd heard much about BAE when he rocked up?? If they are thoroughly scouted then why not?

BAE was on my list before Tottenham signed him, but Taye Taiwo was my first choice. Taiwo is now an AC Milan player.
