Interesting. I personally think he will do well in Italian football. He will get time on the ball and will be playing in a serious league again. Of course Victoria will be fairly happy too. :wink:

That is unbelievable. I can't see how, LA Galaxy would be prepared to risk their £150m investment getting injured, while playing in another league.

Obviously shows the power he has over the management there, if that is the case. I know he wants 109 caps but i'm still surprised LA Galaxy would allow it.

All about opinions i guess. I personally don't rate him, never have & at the moment he's playing in a league thats probably not far off our 3rd tier. Not only that but the club is enough of circus at the moment without him joining!

Should and could have moved to Meeeelan after Madrid but opted for LA. He will suit serie A perfectly as the pace of the game there is far slower. Wonder if any tv networks will finally pick up the rights to Serie A now seeing as some of the biggest names in football are playing there

Agree 100% with this. You only have to look at the impact he made when he came on (yes I know it was only Kazakhstan) and set up Rooney's goal in the last few minutes in that recent England game. He's still the best crosser of the ball that England have imo.

Agree. Amazing that they are allowing this. All I can only imagine that he has agreed to personally compensate LA from his own riches if he crocks himself.
