Very refreshing to read. Can't imagine he came here thinking he would start off second choice. I'm not sure how long Danny Rose is injured for but I would be interested to see what he can do with a run of games.

Once he's settled properly it'll be hard for Rose to shift him from #1LB. He's a much more rounded player.

Be very interesting to see if Rose can develop his game this season - he'll be forced to. Crunch season for him.

Love his positive attitude and hopefully he soon goes on to make the left back berth his for keeps.
Rose on the other hand is obviously motivated by the competition hence the reason he has started the last three league games but I suspect his erracticism will be his downfall
