In other news...apart from Sandro being played in defence when we've got an actual defender on the bench, I'm not sure what else we could have done really.

Seems odd to take Eriksen and then not play him, but maybe he's not fully fit.

Yeah, it's an odd one. This is all we've basically got to play for the rest of the season. We could play absolutely awfully but at least we'd have a player that could curl in a free kick.

Not that I know any of those players but I wonder if that makes Benfica any better or worse team today.

Why is Eriksen on the bench. Why is Lennon in the team. I fucking HATE Spurs this season. Why do we make it so hard for ourselves. It's like we're not actually allowed to enjoy watching Spurs anymore. Why not play the youth CB at CB instead of playing two players out of position?

If your not going to play Eriksen (the only reason i can assume is to rest him for Sunday) then why play Sandro (out of position) when i m sure he could do with a rest as well. Ether rest the team or don't, hate this half assed approach. Sandro is just as important as Eriksen is.

Suggests to me he doesn't want to, especially as Fryers will have to play as one of the centre backs. I think after he has said this Sandro will play in defence and Bentaleb/Eriksen in midfield. Further forward we actually have more options, just defensively we will be weak.
