Berbatov picture?

The photo is awfully similar to the one on the spurs site with Woodgate instead of Berbatov.

that is odd. Its the exact same pic bar Woodgate for Berba...methinks one of the two is a photoshop and Im gonna go with the berba one. His head doesnt seem to sit right (though im maybe looking for something that isnt there)

Berbatov is not photoshopped into the kit. Each player must have had their photo in the kit taken separately and merged together how they wanted.

The Woody one is a fair bit different from the Berba one.

Socks are different.
Shoes are different.
Shorts are different.

So if it's Photoshopped then it's a pretty good job!!

Saying that, Keane and Woody are both looking off at weird angles like it was staged. Berba is looking dead forward like it was Photoshopped.

Maybe Berbs in his entireity was photoshopped, vegassd, and not just his head. That said, I agree that there is something about the Berba picture that jars. The main thing is that he is in mid-stride and yet his arms look like they're hanging straight down.

I love the fact that Ledley looks right up for a scrap in that picture. The partially dropped shoulder and the stare, it's like 'right, you Gooner scum, you're avin' it!'

Keane looks like he's watching a plane pass overhead. Bad eyeline. And he looks a bit sissy in that pale blue kit. I hope we don't play in that too often next season.

Yeah, it's perhaps even more concerning that Berba was in a photo in the kit, but perhaps was withdrawn from the main photo and replaced with Woody... :shrug:

it is genuine, you can see more of the kit in Berba's (logo on the shorts for example) and the leg/arm position. Which is why it's curious that they decided to remove him from a perfectly good pic & replace him with Woody instead.

I know some think it's photoshopped, but I believe it's genuine.

The hairy forearms for one, and shape of the knees are defo Berbs.

Strange that our publicity shots should include the three captains of the side (1st, 2nd and 3rd choice) rather than anyone else? :wink:


I'm sure they took lots of shots of various different players. Equally, to suggest that ANY of the publiccity shots aren't photoshopped is nonsense. They'll have been touched up to buggery, hence why the odd one may not 'look right'. But of course that's Berbs and this whole deal has been blown out of all proportion. Anything else is illogical.

i personally dont feel that berb's head goes with that pic no. it might be his body and it might have been taken with him there, but his neck just doesnt look right.

So, wouldn't using Berba's image, if he hadn't consented to it, go against that?
