A pal claims he will deffo get 2 tickets but only wants 1 (tube yes) and will be selling in on for as much as possible.

How much do you think this tube can get for said ticket?

he's offered it to me for £400...i politely told him to do one.

I think this thread should be closed, i dont want your "Pal" thinking he can charge what he wants based on what some on here may want to pay

You need to find a real mate, mate. Mates don't rip you off and as others have said, would sell to you at face value.

This thread should be locked before someone misunderstands and thinks you're trying to sell your mate's ticket.

Agree with every post above if he only wants one only apply for one and let another support benefit trying to make money of a fellow supporter to me is wrong.

I had a spare for the carling cup final when we beat chelsea, sold it at wembley on the day for face value to a fellow yid

Its people like him that ruin the not only the game of football but the very morals that we as people should stick by. He obviously isn't a very good "mate" is he.

i bet the guy/girl couldnt believe his luck! but i totally agree your 'mate' (OP) is stupid and is what gives other people a bad name. if i cant make a game (west ham for example) i offer it to my mates at cheaper than face value (£40 this weekend) as all i want is the money i paid for it back and for someone else to enjoy it

Is he the same sort of 'mate' that you only meet very occasionally and wont ever let know where you live?

At that price I'd say you should politely but firmly decline, and proceed never to speak to him again.
