Untill we learn to play against the anti football of Bolton, then i think we'll have to be happy with a draw away from home against them.

Pleased with the character shown by the lads today, especially in comming from behind twice.

Although we did'nt play all that well, i think we still showed progress from last season. Which is vitally important.

Different ref and we would have won that. Complete mug.

It's sad to see guys of that size coached to kick lumps out of the other team but go over like a sack of shit anywhere in the other teams half. And as I say, its depressing seeing Muamba and McCann in particular have chances to make a nice pass and decide to hit it almost vertically instead and let Davies try and push one of our defenders over. No wonder they get no support.

He seemed to let them get away with the strong arm stuff, yet blew up every time they "fell" over.

Maybe Harry should be arrested for picking Huddlestone and Cudicini over Dawson and Gomes!

Bolton really are the exact opposite to us, i do'nt think you can get two other teams with such differ'nt footballing philosophies.

I think we're just frustrated because Bolton suck the life out of any game of football at all, and it worked against us today.

Though Hudd improved in the 2nd half and hopefully he'll have learnt a lot from a game like this. Always tries to bring Lennon into the game as well which I like.

Really pleased for Corluka too. :) And Kranjcar of course! First goals are always special.

Ugh was pleased when I heard the result, but some of the comments in here are just depressing! I think well get the win against Pompey, especially if we have Super Luka back!

Thought Kranjcar took his goal really well, pity the chance that Palacios sliced wide didn't fall to him. Hopefully should bring us some goals from midfield which we've often lacked.

i thaught jenas was useless, typical jenas performance after he has had a good game.

Huddlestone had a terrible first half and a poor second. He is not good enough at centre=half for the Premiership. How someone his size gets pushed around so much I just don't know. Why was Dawson on the bench?
Until we learn to defend a lot better we are not going to make the top 4.
We got a point because even when we are second best, and we were definitely that in the first half, we have the ability to score goals. But we could easily have been 2 or 3 down at half-time the way we were defending.
We are going to be a team worth watching because we score and concede goals, but 12 conceded in 8 games is just not good enough.

Jenas had a good first half and very poor second. Why pick on him because Palacios is proving to be a big liability with the free-kicks he gives away?

I dont trust cudicini in goal. Does anyone else feel this way?

Nope, Gomes would've been a more logical choice given Bolton's aerial threat.

Benny needs to be shot after today's perfomance.
