Lol at the emoji from the official account.

Let’s all spare a thought for poor Bayern Munich.

Bale-esque against Stoke that. Not as good obviously but wonderful strike.

Dier's been pretty good to be honest, has played the ball out from the back nicely in the time's he's been able to.

Kane's been disappointing though. Has had a couple of chances that he's snatched at a little bit. Not really easy chances but at least one of them by his standards should have at the very least been on target.

Two more points dropped by Bayern, Leverkusen can go 10 points clear if they win on Sunday.

Leverkusen win Sunday and surely bayern can't catch them

10 points will be too big of a gap

No coincidence that since Dier arrived their form has dipped.

Dier is a top bloke but he is no where near Bayern Munich starting level.

Added to that I think this is showing as I’ve said for a while that Kane’s lack of winning mentality in combination with teams turning into 1 man teams when Kane plays for them has meant Bayern have dropped off enough to now likely not win the league.

It’s now Champions League or bust for them this season.

Munichy.

He's left mate, no need to carry on blaming Dier for fucking everything.

Also Kanes lack of winning mentality? He's been bought to score goals, he's doing it for fun. He has 27 goals in 24 games in the league alone. I'd say he's doing his job exceptionally well.

Everytime i've watched Bayern this year its players like Sane and the other wingers being selfish that have broken down chances, Kane would be on 35+ if not for that.

But yeah, must be Diers fault :LOL:

Look at the attendances in National League, League Two... on the rise as people get increasingly priced out of and jaded with the Premier League. There's only, what... 10/12 regular Premiership clubs? The supporters of the remaining 100+ clubs couldn't give a monkeys if the top 6 cleared off to a super league.

Exactly what will happen and good riddance.

I honestly think that will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Internet fans will still be all over it but it'll be shallow and the real spirit will be elsewhere.

People will go to see a game and get sucked in and want to go again and again.

I think their form was always heading this way.

Tuchel has not improved them at all.

Nagelsmann was trailing Dortmund but they looked much much better and they could turn it on.

They would have won the league had they stuck with Nagelsmann easily.

Instead, they had to rely on Dortmund screwing up.

It hasn't got better. They were doing okay (by Bayern's standards) but that was mostly cause Kane was on one. He isn't scoring at the same rate and that's clearly cause they are lost under Tuchel.

Not too sure about that to be honest. Whenever I've seen him, he hasn't lookout out of place. At least these Bayern fans don't seem to have too bad an impression of him,

This is the Bundesliga thread, Dier now plays in the Bundesliga. I’m entitled to my opinion and I stand by it on Dier & Kane.

Dier isn’t good enough for them.

Kane does imo lack winning mentality, scoring goals is his job that doesn’t define a winning mentality. I think he’s a weak personality and a weak leader and it impacts teams, teams also end up over relying on him so there are multiple issues at play, imo ofc.

You’re taking a sample from English speakers of Twitter/X?

What do German speaking actual Munich fans think on their own forum…

Either way I’ve seen the games and Dier has been ‘ok’ but he’s also been caught out of position a good few times as usual.

I’m not picking on him for no reason, I’ve watched a lot of their games and was born in Munich and have family friends who are big fans and they also agree he’s not been good enough and that Kane has overall made them too much of a one man team, however Tuchel needs to take the bulk of the blame.

My point is that Dier wasn’t good enough for us toward the end of his time with us and Kane regularly didn’t turn up to semi and finals for us and from hearing his team speeches and interviews he comes across as a nice guy but frankly quite boring and plain and I don’t think he has that real fire and energy to get over the line, so it’s interesting if he and Dier have gone there and for the first time in 10+ years Bayern don’t win a trophy at all.

Although ofc Kane has scored a ton of goals, he’s also been non existent in some of the bigger more important matches.

All very interesting. Will see how the rest of the season plays out.

FWIW I’d like them to win the CL, but can’t see if with them in this kind of bad form unfortunately.

I’ve seen the games and his positioning is still questionable. Each tot their own but Dier is not up to Bayern Munich level to be starting 99% of fans know that.

I think at times it has been, but he still certainly hasn't looked a liability. And like said, to me he has played the ball out from the back better than anyone else who's been beside him.

Of course he's not the ideal starter, but 99% of Bayern fans also know he's just back up and they seem to be happy to have him there knowing that he'd be content to be 4th choice CB if/when it comes to that. They wouldn't be happy if he was staying with the view to be a starter for them, but they know that's not the case.

Just think it's harsh to single him out. If you have watched the games like I also have, you'd know that them playing shit and dropping points really isn't the fault of Dier or the influence that Dier has on them.

Also, if you want to know the view of the German speaking Bayern fans(translated by Google Translate):
