'BURNLEY Complimentary Ticket' - Confused ???

I logged into my ticket account on the official site last night just to have a look & noticed on my booking history Burnley Away Price £0.00 'Complimentary' ??

I havent had this before on my account ?? I did apply but obviously didnt have enough loyalty points, however the way i read it was ive been given a complimentary ticket ??

I phoned the club today & asked, they said it was the wrong 'terminollogy' & i didnt have a ticket ?? Does anyone else have this on their account too ??

I had it on my account until the weekend when it was added to - and showed how much I had paid for each ticket. Sorry you didn't get yours - we'll all cheer the lads on for you!

yeah thanks - i wanted to be there to drag them over the finish line !!!

the application always appears for away matches priced £0 and then if you get a ticket there is a second entry with the price, and ususally the seat number
