Hi all, just wanted to try and express my gratitude to you all for your kind words and each message makes a difference as it is read out to Callum whilst he is still in a coma. His mum is so happy and each one of your messages provides comfort to her and the rest of her / my family.

I would like to provide an update, and have included below his mum's tweets, I have re-tweeted these, lets just say the positive thoughts and messages are helping him everyday:

Keep strong callum, You clearly are a fighter and every-one at Spurs-community are praying for your recovery #prayforcallum :).
@ milkybaryid, No need to thank me mate, I am a firm believer in Humanity and like I said, Being a parent really hit home with me how vulnerable children are and having support from other people can only be a positive thing in trying times like this.

Ever since I heard about your nephews plight it has played on my mind and Ionman34's post was a poignant reminder of how, As human beings we all have a duty to support and help others when situations like Callum's occur. I continue to check twitter and on here for updates on Callum's progress and with each passing day it seems a little more positive. Of course he still has a long way to go and I shall keep banging that twitter drum for him.

I must admit that I don't have a clue when it comes to twitter and I put that initial tweet up in the hope that some spurs players would re-tweet it and to my surprise it started re-tweeting like mad from fellow football fans and genuine people which I thought was quite touching. Please keep us all updated on his progress when and if you have time, As he is in our thoughts on SC!

Mate, I cried when I read those tweets. Callum's mum is one strong woman and that in itself is hope for the little man. I actually feel like I know him personally just reading about him on this forum.
The one thing I've taken from this tragic accident is how lucky I am. I have 4 kids myself and pray that i never have to go through anything like this.
I know good wishes and prayers go out to Callum but also good wishes to you as it must also be very difficult for you (not to mention his mum) Stay strong bro and just be there for the family.
Next time you visit him, read out a few user names from SC and tell him these are his extended family and we're all pulling together for him

It's good to see his mother is bearing up and staying strong.
God willing, the doctors will get him through this crisis, but his mother will always be there for him.

Get well soon!!

Love & best wishes to Callum and family,
