Having heard back I can confirm that the camera position has only been changed when filming games at White Hart Lane. The reason being as that the higher camera angle used to be partially obstructed by the stand supports and by lowering the camera angle slightly this has offered an overall better experience allowing all action to be seen. A particular example being when viewing corner kicks from certain positions.

Did it impede the view of corner kicks being taken??? I never noticed it. Apart from this one tiny negative the higher camera view was far far superior to the new camera angle. I'd love to know who came up with this decision.

It did if they kept it on the big camera, down the left bottom corner i think it was.
However they always did and still do change to the mobile camera down at the corner flag anyway when we have corners. :bang:
