Yeah it changed a few years back as uefa didn’t like it.

I personally think he will be a good PL CB, and his issues are overstated and because he doesn't look like a footballer people assume him to be worse than he is

He’s picked up a lot of praise recently for his performances, not sure exactly what’s holding up the transfer though I suppose if it’s just a purchase clause they can activate it at whatever time is most convenient for them…
