Hi all
I'm abit sick of the fickleless of those who complain about our lack of strikers.
I think this is a nice to have, not a must have; and the failure to secure a striker won't be our undoing.

Reason: we are on track to achieving our stated objective of a CL finish with 2 recognized first team strikers in the 1st half of the season; we are going to have them for most of the second half, so i don't get why not adding a third is such a big problem.

Why i think you are fickle: most of us are recognize at the start of the season that with the departure of VdV/Modric this won't be a easy season. AvB has done well to get us 4th now. This is why i can't stand fans who keep shifting the goal posts; first that we aren't playing attractive football, now to not addressing a problem in our squad. It annoys me because I am not easy to appease but even I accept that we are delivering given the context in which we find ourselfs. Don't forget we haven't had the best of years financially too.

Still sticking with this ?

I haven't read through, so sorry if someone else had already pointed this out, but we have 3 strikers in the squad.

You don't buy new players to cover temporary absentees (Ade at the ACoN, Defoe injury). Many people want our youth to be more involved, Levy chief amongst them I suspect - now Kane has his chance (assuming Togo win tonight).
