Yep me too. It's just that I know they're showing the game and its near the fanpark, otherwise it's gonna be a last min faff around....there's a couple of decent plazas with outside bars near the fanzone which suits me and they may show the game. I can see the fanpark being a bit dull. The England Euros fan park in Marseille was shit during the day.

Ye this is it. You don’t want to trek around Madrid working out where’s best and then end up watching it with Liverpool fans.

I’m not particularly looking forward to getting undeservedly battered by Spanish police I must say.

Always find Spanish police have a very low rowdy threshold when it comes to English fans. Any overly boisterous singing is seen as a threat. Hopefully they'll put their best face on for Uefa for the final.

a shame my other half can't get time off at such short notice, there are some resorts in Costa del Sol for a weeks holiday that are cheaper than flights to Madrid:(

I'd of thought you would of got to Madrid just as early if your stopping over night in France

it said on that info page there are no parking facilities around the stadium

if my motor had decent aircon I'd offer taking my van in place, but it would cost more per person, but big enough to kip in lol with some blankets. I have an 8 seater van

You won’t need blankets, I’m sure it’s going to be 30 degrees in the day so will be ok at night with a beer coat on ?

I want to go @riggi but can't drum up some sufferers, but I would go via the tunnel, can't stand that ferry crossing. my biggest prob is getting home before 8am Monday feeling fresh enough to do my school run

I've tried kipping in my van, the blanket would come in handy to lay on to help the way the seats are

true but

1, not as warm
2, not as comfy to see all the screens
3, guarantee some idiot will spill his beer all over me (hopefully beer)
4, an opportunity to pick up some duty free:ROFLMAO:

edit: @riggi save me posting another, over there with a nights kip I'd be able a few more beers, if I go to the stadium I'll only be able to drink 1 due to driving

No mate. We're staying about an hour to the west of the city. Got an amazing deal which suddenly appeared on bookings.com last week!!

ok cheers was still considering at the time driving to Zaragoza myself, accommodation looked good, but my problem was I might of needed to make a 4-5am start back to catch the last tunnel crossing.

now looks like they are putting screens in the centre of the stadium, so most probably go for that, though the duty free isn't available at the ground:whistle:
