I think it's been confirmed that BT Sports won't be free for BT customers anymore because of the addition of the CL.
They piad double so they need to recoup. Itv bet on C-League and it undone them, its not quite the same scenario but they overpaid and paid dearly. TV is all multiple subscriptions now and its getting more expensive.

Mobile is the way forward. 10 quid for sky sports on my iphone.

dont know if its been said in this thread, but goodness Pogba could be really special if he continues to improve. some of the touches he takes remind me of Zidane - nobody else even tries them.

Pogba is the new Vieira/Toure I reckon. Beast player.

One of the best in the world for his age, a complete player in terms of abilities. He's still a little wet behind the ears but once he gets the experience he'll be unreal.

It says a bit about how hard it is to be a head coach at when Pep decided to quit after just 4 seasons and Luis Enrique is undecided about continue as head coach after just 1 season.Yes, both has a team of amazing talent but it's not easy to manage those "super" egos.

It wasn't the worst final, watchability wise, but I have to confess to being a little disappointed that Juve weren't tactically a lot shrewder than they were last night, Particularly at 0-0 and 1-1.

As wonderful as Pirlo has been, I think he was poor last night, and I'd have seriously thought about starting him on the bench and being a bit more dynamic and aggressive, going with a 433/451 and squeezing the life out of Barca.

I was impressed with Marchisio and Pogba. Vidal shot himself up the arse by getting booked so early. But, even though Juve had their moments, I didn't think Barca were really made to work hard enough.

Personally think Pirlo had a shocker by his own standards. I don't think I've seen so many wayward passes/crosses and set pieces from him in my life and I've watched a ton of his matches. He looked like the pressure of the final was too much to bear, and his performance was equally uninspired. Tevez went missing for this big occasion too. Not many shots on target and the only decent one was straight at Ter Stegan.

Its remarkable that arguably the two youngest players on the field impressed me the most. Those two being Pogba and Coman. I think Coman deserves recognition for his performance off the bench replacing Evra. He did reasonably well against the world's best attacking three, showed a lot of pace going forward and getting back and managed to catch Messi backtracking on one occasion too. For an 18 year old in a champions league final that's phenomenal. Where was the pressure for them? It used to be the experience that entered the stadium level headed.
