Gomes is to much of a lottery, you just don't know what you'll get from shot to shot. His mistakes are becoming way to frequent and he needs replacing. Wouldn't sub him off though as Cudicini isn't any better, he's an old hasbeen. Absolutely gutted really just like I was when he let Drogbas shot in at the Lane. We played well first half so I wouldn't change anything definately not Crouch as he'll change our whole style of play for the worse.

Rubbish. Pav has had the ball up to him on numerous occasions but hasn't held it up once. He hasn't won a single header and has given it away whenever he's had it at his feet.

He simply can't play up front on his own. Never has been able to and never will be able to.

My first instinct was goal, then I saw the replay and got angry :bang: then sad then angry again :bang: so thought I'd come here and vent my frustrations... but they're with Gomes as if I had to make a split second decision I would have said goal.
