Ok, so I live in Folkestone, Kent. That's about 290 miles and a five/six hour drive from Eastlands each way.

After Saturday I now have literally nobody who'll go with me tomorrow so I am faced with this dilemma: Do I drive up on my own to support Spurs, spending £90-odd quid on fuel, and leave myself open to the inevitable horrific abuse from the locals, then drive home, get in at maybe 4am knowing I have to be up at 6.15am for work, all that, just to feel like a good supporter...

Or do I write off the £100 on tickets, save the petrol money and watch it at home knowing I can turn the TV off and go to bed whenever I like.

If I do go will Spurs put as much effort in as those of us who attend, or will it be a horrendous evening on the field as well as off it?

(Of course if we'd won on Saturday I know I wouldn't be asking this question.)

Dont do what I did and park next to the away end. It's right next to a great big council estate and the police won't let you walk down it after!!!

Ta. But I've been before. I know where to go. It's just a question of whether I want to put myself through it.

Its completely understandable if you dont want to go. Quite frankly, the team doesnt deserve you forking out nealry 200quid to go and support them.

If you cant/dont want to go, try and sell your ticket at face value. Otherwise ask around if anyone needs a ride up there - split the fuel bill.
