I reckon we'd get €24m even if we don't qualify from the group stage, that doesn't include matchday revenue which would probably be close to €1m a game (at home). We're looking at €27m even with our small stadium.

Let's hope we invest wisely enough to ensure a top 4 finish once again.

So, last year worked out at 3.8m for entering, 1.1m per match, some sort of performance related bonus (why didn't Maccabi or Debreceni get any of that?), then what i can only assume is a % of a pot which i have no clue where it comes from or how it's worked out, then bonuses for knockout stages...

seems a little complicated, but i don't doubt someone will explain the intricate details

could be that these teams didn't win a game.

i think you only get it for draws and wins.

Fucking hell, Liverpool made a ridiculous amount and they finished third in their group!

Presumably the "market-pool" is divided based upon past performance? But Man Utd getting ~E10m more than anyone else is a bit odd?

It's some function of that club's country's tv market size + their country's league coefficient, but it's also weighted so that the winner of the league (for the year of qualification) gets more of the pool money than 2nd place, who get more than 3rd/4th place, which is why Liverpool got more money than Chelsea who got more of the pool money than Arsenal, even though Arsenal went deeper into the competition than either
