If the SC base is a mirror of all Spurs fans, and the way Winks and Skipp were/are rated here; I don’t really see why they should be so biased towards one of their own? We’re surely not!Equally Chelsea fans may be biased towards 'one of their own' and can't see fault in a player at all because he runs around a lot and gets stuck in.
Equally Chelsea fans may be biased towards 'one of their own' and can't see fault in a player at all because he runs around a lot and gets stuck in.
I think full strength would be Bentancur, Saar and Maddison.Next question if we did sign Gallaher does he start or is this most people's choice Rodrigo, Sarr & Madders

Agree. Fans might be positive towards them at the beginning or willing them to succeed but if a player isn't performing to the required level or ever look like doing so, they will lose their patience.Beat me to it! Exactly my thoughts.
You can probably add Tanganga to that list also.
I think we tend to be biased until they start playing in the first team and then the patience soon runs out.
If he got in as many good positions as Sarr, I reckon he'd score more. That might buy him a place in the first XI.Next question if we did sign Gallaher does he start or is this most people's choice Rodrigo, Sarr & Madders
Depends on a mixture of injuries/fatigue, form, suspension (or threat of suspension being on 4 yellows), type of opposition.Next question if we did sign Gallaher does he start or is this most people's choice Rodrigo, Sarr & Madders
If there anything like Spurs fans they’d slag him off because he’s ’one of their own’.Equally Chelsea fans may be biased towards 'one of their own' and can't see fault in a player at all because he runs around a lot and gets stuck in.
I don’t see this as a problem, the opposite actually. Look at Liverpool; they have 6 or 7 midfielders competing for 3 spots and up to 6 forwards fighting for 3 spots. It’s called competition for places and as Liverpool have shown it means you have a bench that can make real difference in games.I think it will be down to form, he usually changes Saar around the 70th minute most games anyway due to the amount of running he does. So whether Saar or Gallagher starts we have a like for like replacement to keep the energy up when they come on.
We need this competition in our squad, obviously for injuries but also to keep everyone on their toes.
Yeah he's not joining us unless he thinks he'll be a regular starter.Gallaher has started every PL game this season that he has been available for , that's twenty games , completed the full ninety minutes in sixteen games and been captain several times, goals scored zero, four assists, going to take a lot of persuasion and money to entice him away unless Chelsea are desperate to sell.
Think we win today with him in the team.
If we had all of our players available he wouldn't make the team. Any of them could have made a big difference today.
