I disagree. The biggest problem with this squad is their commitment. They like to stay in their comfort zone. Once he cracks heads he'll realise he has about 10 players he can use. The rest can go.

I can see 10 players "He can use" but not 10 players that are of the top level to succeed. He needs to bring in at least the same number to get anything out of this squad to take us to the next level. In his 18 months tenure that is probably three transfer windows. I think it will take more than that but at least we should be going in the right direction.
