Antonio Conte has admitted that Harry Winks felt it was the right time to leave Tottenham and go play regularly elsewhere. Graduating from the club's academy and becoming a regular in Mauricio Pochettino's team, the 26-year-old has had to make do with limited first-team opportunities over the past couple of seasons.
