Conte Prediction Thread

With our italian stallion about to be confirmed, feels appropriate to make some guesses about his tenure! (I don't see any other threads like this so hopefully the mods are ok with it?)

At every club he goes to, he typically has:

1) An average or down-in-their-luck player who he redeems (Ranocchia, Sanchez, Darmian)
2)A player he fights with and kicks out the club (Costa, many others!)
3) A player he changes position completely (Moses, Kolarov, Hakimi, Perisic)

My prediction is:

Redeems - Regulion & Lo Celso
Fights - Winks
Changes Position - Lucas to RWB

Biggest unknowns being Ndombele and Dele!

What does everyone else think?

don't forget Conte was the one trying to bring Ndombele to Inter before levy stopped it

Redeem - sanchez (I'm 50/50 on GLC for redeem or fight as I don't think GLC wants to stay in england)

He won't. Conte will have no problem telling the world how it is, if he does. I actually expect Kane to start busting a gut again now.

Agreed, Harry clearly was not interested in nuno, can't blame him. I believe someone like conte, Harry will respond again.

I hope so, because up til now it doesn't look like he can be arsed to get out of a jog.

Redeems: Winks. Not really a prediction, but a fantasy. He plays a surprisingly creative role in a solid and dynamic midfield 3. Despite bringing in reinforcements, Winks keeps his place and attracts offers of literally 40m pounds from Poch's PSG.
Fights: Dier. Loses his spot to Rodon, and moves to Newcastle for a tasty fee. They are relegated, but Dier plays fairly well. He earns a move to Man U as Mourinho's first signing when he replaces OS. Loses the FA Cup final to Conte's Tottenham. He and Conte hug after the cam. Conte twists Dier's nipple and makes him cry.
Changes Position: Sess partners Kane when we play 2 up front. He proves to be a more than adequate backup and saves Levy millions. By the end of the season, we all forget how we've been underserved in that department for about seven years, and the SC line is that Levy always had a plan; it was always this way.

Sessegnon could have revival for him unless injuries completely ruined him. Basically perfect WB for him, plus he might want some players from Seria A and we will need to keep our HG players, especially if we get rid of Davies, Winks, Dele, Kane, Rodon (some are HG for Premeirship but not European Cups I think).

Ndombele see him being played as the deepest midfielder. The one who sees the ball more than anyone. Receives off CBs and plays to our wing backs and midfielders. Think Tanguy will thrive in this role with the protection of 3 CBs behind him.

Son, I genuinely believe Son is going to go to another level. Son is already brilliant but I think Conte will create situations for Son to get in behind the defence similar to Lukaku at Inter.

It goes without saying but Romero, arguably the best defender in a back 3 in the world. Allows him to utilise his aggression more and come out with the ball. He will be the middle centre back and is going to be a other level.

There is only one player I see as finished at the club under Conte. Its Dele, I know we all feel there are more who have to go but I think Conte could use them in his system but their attitudes are not good enough. Dele however has nowhere to play and is a shit trainer. Spells disaster for him IMO.

Position change is likely to be on the right. Whether that's Lucas or Bergwijn as a wing back or Emerson as a RCB I'm not sure.
