Out of these i think Kaboul is number 1 priority, provided we are sure he will overcome his injury.
Apart from that i think top priority should be Verts, Sandro and LLoris.
Bumper contracts/extensions for Rose and Andros could also be in order.
A very important contract is also AVBs contract who has two years left to run. An extension for him is very important imo, as it will show AVBs belief in "the project" as well as his support from the club.

EDIT: couldnt find tommy Carroll on transfermarkt, so unsure of his contract length. If it expires within three years it needs extension as well.
