The same shite day in day out? Copy paste would be quicker.

Dele just annoys people and is one player want to kick, please keep doing it, he'll keep turning up. It'll be Winks again soon, but not right now.
I agree that some of the criticism is OTT, I just think it's a bit lazy to use ad hominems.

I wish people wouldn't bother keep repeating themselves after every game, but here we are.

I wish Alli wouldn’t keep repeating his shit performances Every week but here we are.

list his good performances over the last two seasons and I’ll list his terrible ones where he is absolutely atrocious and that will just show where we are at.

Please do, that'd be fucking priceless.

Give over, you'll be all over Winks again soon haha.

Dele this year alone hasn't done wrong by either manager when they have played him.

Is he utterly clear of any criticism, nope, but the pathetic witch hunt on here by people who just repeat the same tired old shit when he is about as average as the majority of the other players out there after a game like the one just played is theatre.

But you have to ask yourself why people keep repeating themselves after every game, is it because Dele's level of performance has dropped significantly over a long period of time.
No one was riding him when he scored goals in a successful side - this season he's looked as rough around the edges as most of our team bar maybe one or two. It's been fits and starts since the injury at Fulham late last season.

Devoid of criticism, no, permanently derided, nah, I don't think it's all him.

He needs to be tried as an out and out striker. He should be the one furthest up the pitch, not Lucas.

Feel sorry for Dele. Yes he's not in the best of form right now but people are expecting him to fix the massive problem which is the lack of target man up front that can a) bring Alli into the game and b) makes the types of runs that his first time passes will find. It's no surprise to me that his best games come when Kane is fit and Alli is playing behind him.

We need to accept that he's not a winger, a DM or even a routine box to box midfielder and play to his strengths. I've said it before, he might look ineffective and lost, but then he'll pop up and win us the game with a real moment of quality, which frankly is something we have very little of right now.

With regard his little hissy fit at being subbed tonight, whats the issue with it? I'd much rather see him angry and want to still be out there trying to right the wrongs than not give a shit!

If he doesn't like getting subbed like that, I have no idea how he's going to take not being an every game starter. It would make zero sense, barring fitness, if Ndombele, Lo Celso, Son, Kane & Bergwijn wasn't our preferred group going forward next season.

I'd gladly sell him if we could bring in Grealish.

I would like to see him return to to the player he was a few seasons ago but he's to inconsistent. If selling him funded a move for Jack Grealish in the summer then I would be up for shifting him on.

Hopefully Jose has taken us away from the thinking that Poch seemed to drill into so many that only the starting XI matter ....

Nah, I'll keep Dele, with our missing talent (currently out) back in the team around him he knows how to find the back of the net.

I was going to post the same thing.

If Jose is going to just pump long balls then Ali would be the best option, he's good in the air, he has the strength to hold defenders off, he has a good touch and I think a lot more of his flicks will come off with Moura and Bergwijn running off him.

I assume you were watching from your arm chair again? Mr. Opinion/Know-it-all.

People can’t handle it, but you can NEVER forge an accurate opinion watching on TV.

From the stands you could see how deep we were playing. Bergwijn was almost a right back most of the time. The gaps between Dele and others were huge.

I am not saying Dele is a god, but there was hardly anything he could do in that role tonight.

Fucking idiots coming on here slating him. He was probably fuming at running his bollocks off chasing lost causes.

He has been a great player for us, bursting on the scene and doing fantastically well. Just feel with him, he is at bit of a crossroads. Teams have wised up to his strengths imo and I suppose the question is, is he able to evolve and take his game up a notch or two and pose the oppo other questions. Just feels as though he needs to maybe look to add a few more strings to his bow as sometimes can feel he is a bit one dimensional and teams can snuff out his threat. When that happens, feels as though he is being carried and is more of a hindrance to the team.

Still young but it's down to him to really work on his game and not rest on his laurels. If not, In danger of becoming bit of a playground player in that he can pull of some wonderful bits of skill but you see him try a lot of the same thing over and over again with little success. His main strengths generally revolve around about getting on the end of things and getting goals and also pulling off a bit of skill to create a goal for himself. Capable of a nice touch/pass now and again to play someone in but it's something that doesn't appear nowhere near enough in his game.
Mainly his attitude is an issue
