Just read what Jamie Redknapp said about alli. Utter rubbish. These pundits are something else. Saying nearly whatever just to have something to say.

"My advice to him is you’ve got to play now. If you are fit you’ve got to play so the best thing to do once the manager loses faith in you, very rarely can you wrestle it back.
"There’s such talent there, but he’s become too nice and doing the hard yards. My advice is that if you don’t think you are going to get in that Spurs team then you need to go somewhere that you can.
"Once Mourinho cuts you out I don’t think you get back in."

So get your head down, work hard isnt a good thing anymore? As soon as you are not playing you should seek to leave??

I hope Alli stays and that we can see the "old alli" again.

Especially dumb given Ndombele. Also just incredibly bad life advice. Basically saying that in life, all problems will be other peoples. Marriage going through a rut, pack it in...

I’m ok with the idea of Dele leaving based on his sporadic form and how he struggles to fit into Jose’s system, so I’ve no reason to feel especially aggrieved at the comments from ex pros who are just trying to grab a headline and a pay cheque. But I can’t help but feel that the comments from so many of these ex pros belies a god awful attitude among them whereby none of them take responsibility when things aren’t going their way and none of them have the attitude or fight required to overcome that adversity. If ever you want to know why foreign players get more opportunities than home grown talents the answer may lie in some of the comments we’ve heard in the past few days from the likes of Jamie Redknapp and Darren Bent.

Lovely play from him in the build up to Harry’s goal. Needs to be doing that several times a match though. He’s improved after what looked like a disinterested start.

filthy dirty disgustingly good skill from dele there and got his goal. If we keep him we have some seriously insane attacking depth.

He cares. Good luck to him.

Think there are fundamental parts of his game that need work, and now the competition is stiff.

But good luck to him
